Roast

 

Smoked roast beef is another cut of beef that I enjoy cooking. This is cooked the same way as brisket, but you need to wrap it in foil a little sooner since there is not as much fat on a roast as there is on brisket. The roast will dry out easier than a brisket will. I suggest smoking the roast uncovered for about 3.5-4 hours, then add your beer and Worcestershire sauce and cover it in foil. Total cooking time should be 6-8 hours.
